TRAPPED

Trapped an installation consisting of 359 six-foot lengths of vintage back and white 35mm movie film. Each length is hanging from the ceiling on a length of clear fishing line and steel fishing hook, with another length of fishing line and a lead weight on the other end of the film strip. In the center of the installation there is a four-foot empty space that contains an old canvas camping stool with the message trapped burnt into it in Braille.
